Leather type/colour, hardware, stitching, strap length, and monogramming (where offered on the product page).

Design proofs & approvals
If your selection involves a proof (e.g., monogram placement or special materials), we’ll email a digital proof within 1–2 business days. Please approve within 48 hours to avoid delays.

Changes & cancellations

• Changes/cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement or before proof approval—whichever is earlier.

• After materials are cut or production begins, the order becomes final.

Lead times
Standard production: 5–10 business days, plus transit.

Returns
Custom/personalized items are final sale (except for defects/damage on arrival—contact us within 7 days with photos).

Colour & material notes
Natural leather grain and dye lots vary; minor variations in texture/colour are inherent and part of the product’s character.
