What’s returnable
Non‑custom items: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Custom/personalized items: Final sale, except for manufacturing defects or damage on arrival (contact us within 7 days with photos).
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and include all accessories and gift items.
How to start a return
Email support@arshae.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason. We’ll respond with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
Return shipping cost
Customer‑initiated returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/colour chosen): You may use your own carrier or our prepaid label. If you use our label, we deduct a flat return label fee from your refund: CAD $12 (Canada) or USD $12 (U.S.) per parcel.
Arshae‑responsible returns (defective, wrong item, DOA damage): Arshae pays return shipping (no deduction).
Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item(s). We’ll email you once processed.
Original shipping fees
Original outbound shipping costs (if any) are non‑refundable, except where Arshae was at fault.
Exchanges & store credit
If you want a different item/colour, the fastest method is to return for a refund and place a new order. Store credit can be issued upon request.
Non‑returnable items
Custom/personalized goods (except defective), gift cards, final‑sale items, and items showing wear or alteration not due to transit.
