Real‑time carrier rates at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level OR free shipping when a free‑shipping promotion is clearly shown at checkout. (If a promotion states “Free Shipping,” it applies to the regions specified there.)
Any taxes/duties for cross‑border U.S. deliveries are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)—assessed by the carrier/government, payable by the recipient if charged.
Estimated transit times (after dispatch)
Canada: 2–7 business days (remote locations may take longer)
Mainland U.S.: 3–8 business days

Pre‑orders / backorders
If an item is marked Pre‑order/Backorder, the product page will show an estimated ship window. If your order is delayed by 10+ business days beyond the latest estimate, we’ll email an update and offer a cancellation/refund option.Lost or damaged in transit
Notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery for lost parcels) at support@arshae.com with your order number and photos (damaged packaging + item).
Remedy: Replacement (if available), repair, store credit, or refund—chosen by Arshae based on item availability and the nature of the issue.
Signature on delivery
Required for shipments valued over CAD/USD $300 (our system determines currency by destination).
