SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Where we ship

  • Canada (all provinces & territories)

  • Mainland United States (contiguous U.S. only)

Processing & production times

  • Custom/handmade items: 5–10 business days to craft before shipment (does not include transit time).

  • Ready‑to‑ship items (if offered): 1–2 business days processing.

Carriers

  • Canada: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator (as available)

  • U.S.: Canada Post (USPS final delivery) or UPS
    We’ll automatically select the best service for your address.

Shipping costs

  • Real‑time carrier rates at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level OR free shipping when a free‑shipping promotion is clearly shown at checkout. (If a promotion states “Free Shipping,” it applies to the regions specified there.)

  • Any taxes/duties for cross‑border U.S. deliveries are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)—assessed by the carrier/government, payable by the recipient if charged.

Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

  • Canada: 2–7 business days (remote locations may take longer)

  • Mainland U.S.: 3–8 business days
    Tracking details are emailed upon shipment.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO

  • Allowed for Canada Post/USPS services (where supported). Not available for UPS or courier‑only services.

Pre‑orders / backorders
If an item is marked Pre‑order/Backorder, the product page will show an estimated ship window. If your order is delayed by 10+ business days beyond the latest estimate, we’ll email an update and offer a cancellation/refund option.

Lost or damaged in transit

  • Notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery for lost parcels) at support@arshae.com with your order number and photos (damaged packaging + item).

  • Remedy: Replacement (if available), repair, store credit, or refund—chosen by Arshae based on item availability and the nature of the issue.

Signature on delivery

  • Required for shipments valued over CAD/USD $300 (our system determines currency by destination).
