2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. If you create an account, you agree to keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders for misuse or suspected fraud.

3. Products & Availability
We specialize in custom, made‑to‑order women’s handbags and may offer select authentic branded items from authorized brands. Colours and materials may vary due to natural leather grain and screen differences.

4. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item(s) and send a shipment confirmation. We may cancel orders (with a full refund) for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Prices are shown in CAD for Canadian customers and USD for U.S. customers. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. U.S. deliveries may incur import duties/taxes assessed by authorities—payable by the recipient if charged.

6. Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal via Stripe/PayPal. Charges are captured at order (including for custom items). We do not store raw card details; payments are handled by certified processors over encrypted connections.

9. Custom Orders & Personalization
Design proofs (when applicable) are sent by email within 1–2 business days. Please approve within 48 hours; lack of response may delay your order. Changes/cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement or before proof approval, whichever occurs first. After materials are cut or production begins, orders are final.

10. Intellectual Property
All Arshae designs, images, and content are owned by Arshae or used under license. Third‑party brand names are the property of their respective owners and do not imply affiliation unless stated.

11. Warranty & Repairs
We provide a 12‑month limited craftsmanship warranty. See our Warranty & Repairs Policy.

12. User Content
By submitting reviews/photos, you grant Arshae a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display such content in connection with the site and our marketing.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arshae is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts located in Montréal, Québec.

15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
