Limited warranty
We warrant Arshae‑branded handbags against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.

What’s covered
Stitching defects, hardware failures, or material defects under normal use.

What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water exposure, misuse, unauthorized alterations/repairs, or cosmetic issues from normal use.

How to make a claim
Email support@arshae.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a description.

• Within 30 days of delivery: we cover inbound and outbound shipping for valid claims.

• 31–365 days: you ship to us; if the claim is valid, we cover the return shipment to you.

Remedies
At our discretion: repair, replacement (same or equivalent), or refund/store credit if repair/replacement isn’t possible.

Repairs outside warranty
We offer paid repairs where feasible. We’ll provide an estimate before you ship the item.
